The flavours in our Birch Beef Sauce (made with 100% pure birch syrup) evoke the era of pioneers and cowboys, paring so perfectly with our Chilli Rub, to create the piquant Tex Mex taste of that hardy generation. Created to be made with 2 - 2.5 kg of beef chuck or beef blade roast, Birch Chilli Beef can be sliced and served with potatoes and root veggies or chipped and served on a bun, with a side of baked beans.
