The small Texas Style Maple Smoked Beef Brisket Kit is a Chilli flavoured brisket, is sweetened with a touch of Maple and has the tang of tomato. Each kit contains a jar of Texas Style Maple Mop Sauce Concentrate and a package of Chilli Rub. Trim your brisket, rub it with Texas Chilli Rub and put it on the smoker. After 3 hours add 1 ½ cups of water to the Mop Concentrate and begin mopping the brisket.Perfect for the Christmas Stocking.
